We are looking for skilled and safety-oriented Motorcoach Operators to manage dedicated routes across southern California and become part of our team. As a Motorcoach Operator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the motorcoach while adhering to a precise schedule and prioritizing passenger safety. The ideal candidate should possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL-B) and have a minimum of two years of relevant experience. If you have a stellar driving history, uphold high safety standards, and enjoy interacting with people, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport passengers to and from designated bus terminals.
  • Comply with all traffic laws and safety protocols.
  • Perform routine vehicle safety checks and promptly report any maintenance or repair needs.
  • Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking the bus safely.
  • Interact with passengers in a friendly and professional manner.
Required Qualifications:
  • CDL Class B with passenger and Air Brake endorsements.
  • Clean driving record with no recent accidents or traffic violations.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening.
  • Capacity to remain composed and professional in challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in following GPS navigation.
