Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Puyallup, WA schools. As a contractor with Soliant Education, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives while enjoying the flexibility and support of a leading educational staffing company.
Responsibilities- Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate students' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to address motor skills, mobility, and functional limitations.
- Physical Therapy Services: Provide high-quality physical therapy services to students, collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and developmental progress.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and provide input on student goals.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of services provided and student progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Education: Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Washington or eligibility for licensure.
- Experience: Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
