Job Title: Towing Operations Coordinator

Estimated Salary: $16 - $17 per hour.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Towing Operations Coordinator to join our team at Stepp's Towing. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for handling vehicle releases, inventory management, and general office work.

The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, follow instructions as set forth by management, and have cash-handling and customer service experience. Essential Functions:

  • Greets customers at the cashier window pleasantly and professionally.
  • Receives cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers; records the amount received.
  • Process impoundment paperwork and maintain compliance with all requirements for the laws of towing and impoundment.
  • Record customer information within our customer service database.
  • Administrative and clerical duties.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Physical Requirements for the Position Include:

  • Lifting, crawling, pulling, constant use of hands, significant bending and reaching, climbing, significant physical strength and stamina.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in data entry and customer service.
  • Hands-on experience working in stressful and/or emergencies.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High School diploma
