Job Summary:
The Nursing Supervisor, RN is a key member of our healthcare team at Broadview at Purchase College. This role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality nursing care to our residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
- Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
- Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing leadership, preferably in Assisted Living or Memory Care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
