Job Overview

Soliant Education is committed to providing exceptional educational services to students. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in helping students improve their communication skills and achieve academic success.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address student needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom.
  • Monitor and document student progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide insights on student progress and strategies.
Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Minnesota or eligibility to obtain one.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
