Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Asset Manager to join our team at VP Management. As an essential member of our operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth management of our hotel's inventory.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily inventory analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement efficient inventory tracking systems to enhance productivity.
  • Maintain accurate inventory paperwork and records, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze product and supply levels to predict potential stockouts and shortages.
  • Oversee the stock item master, correcting any errors or inaccuracies.
  • Assist order processors by locating items with incorrect locations or stock numbers.
  • Purchase new items, relocate stock, and perform regular counts as needed.
  • Evaluate performance against set milestones and goals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Manage expenses effectively, staying within approved budgets.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks in the warehouse environment.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and analytical abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of inventory policies and procedures.
  • A minimum of five years' experience in a related field is required, with at least one year of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work.
  • The ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently.
  • Self-motivation and strong teamwork skills, particularly when interacting with Hotel Managers.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum
