Job Details

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Molalla, OR. As a Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' lives and work with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients with rehabilitation needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient independence and functional ability
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Administer and interpret results of standardized tests and assessments
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote patient safety and prevent falls
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
  • One to three years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Oregon
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
