Key Responsibilities:

Unit Management Responsibilities:

  4. Recruit and hire qualified personnel to reflect the diversity of the labor market.
  5. Distribute resources to align with production requirements and support the unit's budget.
  6. Foster strong, technically proficient teams characterized by collaboration and trust.

Leadership Responsibilities:

  1. Stay updated on emerging industry trends and MIS technologies.
  2. Maintain technical proficiency and enhance user productivity through innovative software solutions.
  3. Define and advocate for strategic plans aimed at implementing information technologies.
  4. Mentor and develop future leaders within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in managing technological and support operations.
  • Comprehensive experience in strategic technology planning and execution.
  • Experience in managing both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proficient knowledge of Windows network administration and technology environments.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles.
