Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop effective care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring the highest level of patient care.
  • Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks are implemented effectively.
  • Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts, ensuring seamless care delivery.

Qualifications:
