Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and accurately to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Utilize a customer-centric approach to educate clients about various insurance options, helping them make informed decisions that best suit their needs.
  • Collaborate with the agent to establish and achieve marketing goals, leveraging digital marketing strategies to promote the office and its services.
  • Identify opportunities to develop leads, schedule appointments, and market suitable products and services to potential clients.
Requirements
  • A minimum of sales experience, preferably in outside or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
