Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Concentra. As a key member of our patient care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients. Our mission is to improve the health of America's workforce, one patient at a time.

Responsibilities
  • Examine patients, compile medical data, and interpret diagnostic test results.
  • Administer or order diagnostic tests, such as x-rays, electrocardiograms, and laboratory tests.
  • Develop and implement patient management plans, record progress notes, and assist in providing continuity of care.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, clients, and peers while incorporating Orange Book values.
  • Manage time, prioritize tasks, and multitask in a busy environment.
  • Adapt to changing business needs, such as scheduling and working additional hours.
  • Deliver quality care in a busy clinical environment.
  • Seek opportunities for additional clinical training and self-development.
  • Effectively communicate with patients, clients, supervisors, and peers.
Requirements
  • Masters of Science in Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner Studies.
  • Board Certification.
  • Active Maine licensure.
  • Active DEA.
  • NRCME required prior to start date (if not already certified, we provide this CME).
  • At least one year of demonstrated experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or an emergency setting.
