Bluestone Bank is seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Credit Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and credit risk management, with the ability to evaluate complex financial data and make informed decisions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Analyze financial condition of existing and prospective customers to determine credit worthiness
* Prepare and review supporting documentation for underwriting and recommend approval or rejection of credit requests
* Provide guidance to other Credit Analysts within the department
* Work independently analyzing complex loan data and financial information
* Complete Credit Memo/Underwriting of requests for commercial credit
* Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and summaries for Bank Officers
* Assign risk ratings to each borrower of the bank
* Provide technical support to loan officers and other credit analysts

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting
* Three or more years of credit analysis experience
* Strong financial analytical abilities and attention to detail
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to quickly learn and properly use various software programs
