We are seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler to join our team at Micro Tech Staffing in North Carolina.
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the RoleAs an Electrical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling electrical components with precision and care. This position involves working with small parts and performing repetitive tasks, requiring a high level of focus and accuracy.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Assemble electrical components and subassemblies using hand tools and soldering equipment.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Inspect and test assembled parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Prior Experience: Proven experience as an Electrical Assembler or in a similar role.
- Key Skills:
- Strong hand-eye coordination and dexterity for working with small parts.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with soldering and using hand tools.
- Basic understanding of electrical components and circuitry.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
