Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Beaufort, South Carolina. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in implementing behavior plans and supporting clients with behavioral, social, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Provide direct one-on-one support to clients, focusing on enhancing their behavioral, social, and communication skills.
  • Collect and record client progress, documenting behavior and response to interventions accurately.
  • Collaborate with families and team members to ensure a consistent approach to behavior management and therapy.
  • Facilitate growth and independence for clients by assisting in developing and reinforcing positive behaviors.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1+ years paraprofessional or special education experience required.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including full-time or part-time hours.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
