Role Summary:
Due to the expansion of services, HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking a proficient CRNA who is prepared to provide exceptional, expert care to our patients at a cutting-edge facility focused on endocrine surgery. This innovative, patient-centered environment is tailored for specialized treatments and services for endocrine tumors, including those affecting the thyroid, parathyroid, and adrenal glands, as well as related cancers.Key Highlights:
- Collaborative team structure: 3 Anesthesiologists and 10 CRNAs
- 8 Operating Rooms supported by 38 pre/post-operative bays; 16 private patient rooms
- No on-call duties, weekends, or night shifts. Schedule consists of 4 ten-hour shifts, currently Monday to Thursday, 6:15 AM - 4:15 PM, with plans to include Fridays in the future.
- Fast-paced, autonomous practice environment.
- Competitive salary package based on experience.
- Sign-on bonus up to $50,000 and relocation assistance available.
- 8 weeks of Time Away From Practice with no waiting period.
- Optional premium pay shift available: in-house night coverage for airway management of endocrine patients only.
- Enhanced pay rate for hours worked beyond scheduled shifts.

- 401(k) with company match starting at 3%, increasing with tenure.
