Position Overview: A full-time opportunity is available for a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Hematologist/Oncologist to deliver comprehensive hematology and oncology services within a well-established cancer care facility.

Team Structure: You will collaborate with a dedicated group of professionals, including three medical oncologists, two nurse practitioners, three radiation oncologists, and a full complement of registered nurses and support staff.

Work Schedule: The position offers a balanced weekday schedule comprising 4.5 days of clinical duties and 0.5 days for administrative responsibilities. The call schedule is 1:5 with a manageable call volume.

Clinical Support: Participate in a weekly multidisciplinary tumor board and benefit from a 24/7 hospitalist team managing admissions and the majority of inpatient care. Access to tertiary care services is provided through an integrated oncology service line.

Compensation and Benefits: The role includes a competitive compensation package with RVU productivity incentives, comprehensive benefits such as a CME allowance, and 41 days of paid time off. Additional perks include sign-on and relocation bonuses, student loan reimbursement of $20,000 annually with no cap, and employer-paid malpractice insurance.
