Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification along with 2 years of aviation maintenance experience, or
- 4 years of aviation maintenance experience, including 2 years on mid/large size aircraft is required.
- A valid Driver's License is essential.

Role Purpose:
Under minimal supervision, you will conduct inspections, maintenance, and repairs of moderate to advanced complexity on aircraft systems and structures.

Key Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
- Communicate effectively to receive and comprehend work assignments.
- Execute complex aircraft inspections, repairs, and modifications with minimal oversight.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Team Lead, Senior Technician, and Inspection Department to ensure adherence to internal and FAA inspection and documentation standards.
- Accurately complete CMP cards, work order sign-offs, and related paperwork in a timely manner.
- Assist with shift transitions as necessary.
- Ensure all completed work meets established quality standards and specifications.
- Properly identify and secure customer property and equipment.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures when using ground support equipment.
- Coordinate and assist with aircraft movements in hangar and ramp areas.
- Provide mentorship to less experienced technicians.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Safely collect and dispose of waste materials such as fuel, oil, and hydraulic fluids.
- Implement 6S and Lean initiatives to maintain clean and organized workspaces.
- Apply Lean and continuous improvement processes to all responsibilities.
- Properly utilize and maintain company-provided tools and equipment, returning items to designated storage after use.
- Comply with safety regulations and procedures, using protective equipment as required, and proactively addressing unsafe conditions.
- Utilize the material tracking system for parts demand, tracking squawks, and labor charge sign-offs.
- May involve flight tests on aircraft in support of certification and final phase testing.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:
- Familiarity with FAA regulations, process specifications, Repair Station and Quality Control manuals, and company policies is essential.
