Job Duties- Provide comprehensive care to newborns and their families in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24-hour coverage and support
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, research, and best practices in newborn care
- Master's Degree in Nursing with a focus on Pediatric or Neonatal care
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of Pennsylvania
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
