The Hotel Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests at Hyatt Regency San Francisco Downtown SOMA.
Key Responsibilities- Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including setting up housekeeping carts with necessary supplies and linens.
- Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways, and ensure all public areas are clean and tidy.
- Restock housekeeping cleaning carts for next day's use and replenish chemical bottles as needed.
- Report any maintenance repairs or missing items from rooms to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
- Handle items for Lost and Found according to established procedures.
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction and provide exceptional service to all guests.
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
- Ability to stand during entire shift and effectively communicate with all levels of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner.
Compensation: $ /hr per CBA
