Our services include IV Therapy, a safe and effective method for delivering high doses of essential vitamins, minerals, and nutrients directly into the bloodstream, ensuring maximum absorption and optimal healing. Additionally, we provide Hormone Replacement Therapy, which involves analyzing over 65 components of a blood panel to customize treatments based on each patient's unique requirements.

Typical Work Schedule:

  • Start Time: 9 AM

End Times:

  • Tuesday - Thursday: 5 PM
  • Friday: 3 PM
  • Saturday: 2 PM

Note: Currently, we are closed on Sundays and Mondays, though this may change in the future.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Preferred)

Experience Needed:

  • Minimum of 1 year in Nursing (Preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 year in Acute Care (Preferred)

Licensure/Certification:

  • BLS Certification (Preferred)
  • Registered Nurse (RN) License (Preferred)

Work Location:

Compensation Range:

$33 - $35 hourly

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and monitor IV vitamin infusions as a primary responsibility.
  • Conduct blood draws for laboratory analysis.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with patients while multitasking effectively.
  • Document patient information using EMR/EHR systems.
  • Manage supplies for blood draws and IV insertions, communicating inventory needs to management.
  • Oversee vitamin supplies for IV therapy and report shortages as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Valid RN License in the state of Minnesota.
  • Experience in delivering excellent customer service in a healthcare environment.
  • Proficiency in catheterization, IV insertion, and patient care practices.
  • Familiarity with EMR and EHR systems.
  • Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments.
  • Knowledge of basic life support techniques and human physiology.
  • Experience in critical care, cardiac catheterization, and medical office procedures.
  • Skilled in specimen collection and handling.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for patient care.
