- Maintains Adherence to Casino Safety and Access Policies: Issue temporary badges to vendors and visitors, identify security risks, and report incidents.
- Maintains Security of Casino Parking Lots and Exterior Property: Patrol parking lots, report suspicious activity, and provide written accounts of security-related activities.
- Ensures Smooth Flow of Vehicular Traffic: Direct traffic to appropriate parking or holding areas, coordinate bingo bus and special event traffic, and provide jump-starts.
- Education and Experience: High School Diploma or G.E.D., California Driver's License in good standing, and 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills and Knowledge: Basic knowledge of security and patrol procedures, ability to evaluate unusual situations, and effective communication skills.
The Security Officer will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to noise, smoke, and stress. The ability to work in a team environment and maintain professionalism and composure is essential.
