Global Channel Management is seeking a highly skilled Medical Technologist Specialist to join our team. As a Medical Technologist Specialist, you will be responsible for performing various laboratory tests and procedures to ensure the quality and accuracy of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document results clearly and accurately, and be able to interpret results by comparing them against appropriate specification requirements.
  • Maintain work areas and equipment, and ensure calibration and maintenance of equipment is performed at designated intervals.
  • Adhere to departmental safety requirements and conduct self-inspections of workstations and offices for hazardous conditions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless laboratory operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biology, or a related field of study.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years' experience within a cGMP environment.
  • Familiarity with FDA, OSHA, ISO, and cGMP guidelines and regulations.
  • Manual dexterity to handle instruments, complete repetitive motions, and stand for long periods of time.
  • Diligent use of PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment) to limit exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
  • Knowledge of laboratory information systems and software.
