Overview:

As a Property Leasing Consultant at Conifer Realty, you will play a vital role in the management of our leasing operations. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the Compliance team to ensure adherence to housing program regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily operations of the leasing office.
• Work closely with the Community Manager to minimize vacancies and expedite apartment leasing.
• Conduct tours of the community for prospective tenants and manage all aspects of move-ins.
• Prepare compliance reports and support the Compliance team as necessary.
• Engage with regulatory housing compliance representatives effectively.

Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Affordable Housing preferred.
• Familiarity with Low-Income Tax Credit and HUD programs.
• Proficient in compliance software for processing applications.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic accounting knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

Education:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Relevant certifications such as COS, AHM, HCCP, or SHCM are advantageous.

Compensation:

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $18.00 to $22.00, depending on various factors including experience and qualifications.
