Job Description

This role involves providing direct patient care to residents in our skilled nursing and long-term care suites. The successful candidate will ensure the residents receive personalized attention, promoting their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Certified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the respective state
  • Minimum one year of experience in assisted living or skilled care communities
  • Equivalent years of education may substitute for experience requirement
