Position Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a positive customer experience by training team members to perform tasks accurately and efficiently, adhering to quality standards and codes.
  • Provide transparent pricing and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Mentor technicians to meet performance goals.
  • Conduct thorough HVAC inspections and communicate findings clearly.
  • Prepare detailed reports for customers when issues arise.
  • Support team members in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services and financial transactions.
  • Coordinate with dispatch for warranty and recall jobs.
  • Manage inventory and materials used on job sites.
  • Facilitate rescheduling of customer appointments as necessary.
  • Transport tools and materials to job sites and ensure proper accounting of equipment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet job objectives.
  • Act as a resource for the technician team, supporting management as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting preferred.
  • EPA Certification is mandatory.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
  • Proficient in using technology such as tablets and GPS.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing, bending, and lifting.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and manage heavier items with assistance.
  • Occasional work at heights, requiring the ability to carry ladders.
