Responsibilities:

As a CNA with IntelyCare, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in post-acute care facilities. Your duties will include:

  • Providing nursing care and support to patients
  • Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any concerns to the nursing team
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff
Requirements:

To be successful as a CNA with IntelyCare, you'll need:

  • A current Delaware Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Knowledge of medical terms and basic nursing care procedures
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
