Job Description

**Job Title:** Medical Assistant - Diagnostic Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Assistant - Diagnostic Support Specialist to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our medical staff in diagnosing and treating illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between medical staff, patients, and technology to ensure seamless diagnostic processes.
  • Support medical staff in performing radiological, nuclear medicine, and radiation therapy examinations and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and communication during examinations and procedures.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of medical procedures and technologies to provide accurate and timely support.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical setting, preferably in a diagnostic support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
