Salary: $27.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities- Examine specimen/slide and requisition for complete and accurate information, comparing patient demographic data on the specimen container/slide with that which is written on the requisition.
- Compare submitted slides with outside reports for correctness of slide number and patient name.
- Evaluate patient demographics on the requisition against those on the specimen container/slide.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience working in a medical office or laboratory setting.
- Demonstrate excellent typing and communication skills.
