About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our production team at Quality Harvest Foods.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our production equipment to ensure quality and efficiency. This includes performing preventive maintenance on motors, pumps, gearboxes, and other equipment, as well as repairing and maintaining machinery to boost reliability and reduce downtime.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment efficiency and reliability
  • Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless operations and high-quality products
  • Document and communicate issues with the Maintenance Lead and Production Team
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical skills
  • Ability to read schematics and work within a CMMS system
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and ability to lift up to 70 lbs
