Clubhouse Manager

McConnell Golf is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clubhouse Manager to join our team at Holston Hills Country Club. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clubhouse, including food and beverage services, member events, and activities.

• Manage all aspects of clubhouse operations, including food and beverage services, member events, and activities.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve member satisfaction and retention.
• Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
• Monitor and control budgets, including food and beverage costs, labor expenses, and capital expenditures.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and other department heads to achieve business objectives and improve overall club performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a country club or similar setting.
• Proven track record of success in managing budgets, staff, and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
