We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. As an RN in the Medical – Surgical Unit, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare.

About the Role

  • Deliver individualized care plans through assessment and planning to meet patients' unique needs.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and colleagues to provide comprehensive care that respects developmental, cultural, and age-specific differences.
  • Develop and implement patient care plans that include problems, goals, evaluations, and interventions.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians regarding patients' clinical conditions and diagnostic study results.
  • Perform nursing duties as needed in the continuum of care for all patients.
  • Participate in process improvement efforts and activities for the department.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A current State of Idaho or Compact Registered Nurse License.
  • American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification within 7 days of hire.
  • American Red Cross or American Heart Association Advanced Life Support Course (ALS or ACLS) and certification.
  • An Associate's Degree in Nursing is required; a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
  • Able to articulate and demonstrate appropriate nursing theory and practice.

Salary and Benefits

About Us

Easter Idaho Regional Medical Center is a full-service hospital with over 318 patient beds. We serve southeast Idaho, western Wyoming, Yellowstone National Park, and parts of Montana.
