About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Supervisor to oversee the entire construction process for a significant project in Northwest Indiana. This role involves managing a team of contractors and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal design standards and construction specifications.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience as a construction project supervisor or RPR on INDOT projects or sanitary sewer/lift station projects, or 5+ years of construction inspection experience. INDOT Certified Technicians with all six INDOT certifications are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and inspect the work of construction contractors.
  • Manage the construction process from pre-construction meetings to project closeout.
  • Maintain daily and weekly logs of job activities.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with engineers, materials testing labs, and construction general contractors.
