Job Title: School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to support students district-wide across six school sites. This role serves K-12 students, focusing on developing skills to support students' academic performance and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Deliver both direct and consultative services to K-12 students
  • Maintain documentation and contribute to IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff across sites

Qualifications:

  • Minnesota OT licensure required
  • Experience with children and adolescents preferred
  • Flexibility to travel between school locations
  • Strong teamwork and adaptability skills
