CDL A Solo Driver Home Daily Opportunity

Ryder System is seeking a dedicated SOLO Class A CDL Driver to join our team in Temple, TX. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering goods within a 300-mile radius on local home daily routes.
About the Job
Drive with us at Ryder and enjoy the freedom of solo driving, with opportunities to earn up to $1205 or more per week. Our drivers are paid weekly and benefit from a guaranteed minimum weekly income of $1205. In addition to this, you can earn extra income through solo miles pay ($0.46 per mile), solo stops pay ($8.00 per stop), drop and hook pay ($6.00 per drop/hook), shutdown bonus ($2000 paid in two installments), sign-on bonus ($1000 at 30 days and $1000 at 90 days), and safety bonus (up to $250 per quarter).
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards, and guidelines. You will also detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards, maintain accurate records and logs, load/unload freight or assist in loading/unloading if required by the customer, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must have a minimum of 21 years of age, pass a Ryder drug test, pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last three years, pass a DOT physical, pass a Ryder road test, provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position, and have verifiable Class A experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle (nine months experience within the past three years, two years' experience within the last five years, or five years' experience within the last ten years). Additionally, you must be able to follow written and/or oral instructions, read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and/or procedures.
