Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This role involves assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the physical integrity of our properties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance property management, EPA Universal Certification, and CPO Certification. They will be responsible for carrying out assigned duties in a safe manner and other duties as requested by the Maintenance Supervisor.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance on equipment and inspect tools to ensure they are in excellent condition
  • Schedule and perform minor or routine maintenance or repair work involving electrical, plumbing, A/C, heating systems, appliances, water irrigation systems, and more
  • Diagnose issues and recommend solutions to the Maintenance Supervisor
  • Ensure that storage areas remain locked when not in use
  • Assist in making-ready repairs and services
  • Report major repairs and need requisitions to the Maintenance Supervisor prior to any expenditure of funds

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 2+ years' experience in maintenance property management
  • EPA Universal Certification Required
  • CPO Certification Preferred
  • Able to earn future designations as required by industry standards, EPA regulations, OSHA requirements, etc.

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
