Relief Store Manager

As a Relief Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting our General Manager and Co-Manager in ensuring the profitability of our stores. Your leadership skills will be put to the test as you lead shifts, drive success, and make lives simpler and more enjoyable for our guests.

• Friendly Service: Provide courteous, frictionless, and elevated experiences for our guests, fostering positive relationships and a consistent team-oriented attitude.
• Food Execution: Direct, monitor, and adhere to all food safety regulations, ensuring that all food offers are available and presented to the highest standards.
• Clean Focus: Ensure the store is clean and fully stocked, maintaining overall presentation standards and representing the RaceTrac brand.
• Leading Talent: Demonstrate our Core Values of Honesty, Efficiency, Positive Attitude, Respect, and Teamwork, and display Leadership Qualities through servant-leadership, prioritization, and problem-solving.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED in progress or completed.
• 2-3 years' work experience preferred.
• 1+ years management experience preferred.
• Previous experience working in high-volume, guest-focused, transactional environments preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Takes initiative.
• Can lift up to 50 pounds and repeatedly bend, stand, and reach while on the job, with no or infrequent breaks.
• May be required to obtain and maintain food handler and alcohol server permits, based on local or state requirements.
