Multimedia Mac Lab Support Specialist

Job Summary

The University of St. Francis is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented student assistant to support the CMMA Mac Lab. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to students and maintain the lab's multimedia equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist students with using the S413F CMMA multimedia Mac Lab, ensuring a seamless and productive experience.
  • Maintain the lab's equipment, including the Adobe Creative Suite and Mac platform environment, to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Chair and CMMA Professors, promoting teamwork and critical thinking.

Requirements

  • Be a current USF student in good standing.
  • Demonstrate competency in the Adobe Creative Suite and Mac platform environment.
  • Have a working knowledge of printing, scanning, and other digital peripherals.
  • Possess a strong understanding of the CMMA 251 course material (preferred).

Working Conditions

This is a part-time position with up to 5 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the lab.
