Skills and Qualifications

- Proven leadership and management skills, with a focus on employee development and retention

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and employees

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and areas for improvement

- Bi-lingual fluency in both English and Spanish highly preferred
