Job Overview
The Lead Registered Nurse will oversee the personal care, companionship, and skilled nursing services delivered by our direct care personnel. This role involves coordinating clinical services and ensuring that high-quality care is consistently provided to our clients. Responsibilities include conducting in-home evaluations of clients to assess their support and clinical requirements, as well as performing scheduled supervisory visits to clients' residences.
Qualifications
Current RN license in the State of GeorgiaAt least 3 years of RN experienceExperience in Pediatrics or with pediatric patientsCurrent CPR certificationCurrent TB screeningValid driver's licenseReliable transportation and ability to travel to various locationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAvailability for day shiftsWillingness to be On-CallProficient computer skills and ability to document electronically on a tabletAbility to work independently in a home environmentEmpathy for the needs and concerns of others, with the ability to build relationships across diverse backgroundsTo be considered for the position of Lead Registered Nurse, candidates must meet state background screening requirements.
