Key Responsibilities:


As a Home Inspector, your primary duty will be to comprehend Orkin's offerings and effectively communicate them to a diverse range of industries.

You will provide strategic advice to both new and existing clients to help mitigate pest issues and comply with regulatory requirements. Your role will involve problem-solving and establishing trusted partnerships as a vital resource for their operations. By actively listening to client needs and articulating practical solutions, you will build rapport with confidence and care.

Your tasks will include...


Acting as a solution provider for commercial clients by applying the comprehensive training received to determine the most effective pest management strategy for each client's unique requirements.

Achieving sales targets through proactive outreach and following up on assigned leads.
Utilizing marketing resources to stimulate new business growth.
Conducting thorough inspections of both the interior and exterior of client properties—training will be provided.

Offering tailored recommendations based on your findings and addressing any inquiries while clarifying the process and setting clear expectations.

Employing the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and maintain organization—training will be included.

Qualifications:
What Do You Need to Succeed?

Sales experience is required.
A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
A valid driver's license is mandatory.
The ability to obtain the required pesticide license/certification (company-sponsored).
Capability to work independently in the field and engage with clients effectively.

Work Environment:

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform job duties with or without accommodations:

Safely utilize a ladder within the manufacturer's weight limits.
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Access crawl spaces, attics, confined areas, rooftops, etc., including the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which may include an OSHA-compliant respirator.
Be willing to work in various weather conditions.
