Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate driver check-in and check-out processes and prepare orders Assist warehouse staff with receiving shipments and managing inventory for vending routes Oversee daily meter readings and inventory management at both machine and truck levels Train route drivers on using handheld devices, performing minor machine repairs, and adhering to security protocols regarding cash and inventory Step in to perform route driver duties as required Conduct ride-alongs with drivers to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, compliance with operational guidelines, and overall safety Evaluate vending machines for compliance with inventory standards, cleanliness, and product quality Assist in developing or adjusting route schedules Collaborate with various departments to enhance business processes and efficiency Promote a safety-oriented workplace to minimize accidents and injuries Fulfill leadership duties in line with organizational policies and legal requirements Responsibilities include interviewing, mentoring, and training staff; planning and delegating tasks; evaluating skills; recognizing achievements or recommending disciplinary actions; addressing concerns and resolving issues; escalating matters to the appropriate management level

Required Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 3 years of relevant route experience Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for talent development Demonstrated urgency, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to customer service Proficient in inventory management software, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate manual and industrial equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling 50 lbs. and working in outdoor conditions
