The Bartender is a key member of the Yardbird team, responsible for delivering exceptional beverage experiences to our guests. As a skilled mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide range of cocktails, beers, and wines, while providing top-notch service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

• Food and Beverage Service: Provide prompt and attentive service to guests at the bar, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and wines, adhering to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed to ensure seamless service.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff, servers, and other bartenders to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
• Guest Interaction: Engage with guests, respond to their needs, and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
• Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols and guidelines.

• Knowledge and Skills: Possess a high level of knowledge of standard drink recipes, spirits, wine, and beer, as well as a working knowledge of bar equipment and mixology techniques.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility and Adaptability: Be able to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
• Physical Demands: Be able to stand for long periods, reach, bend, and frequently lift up to 30 pounds, with the ability to work in a standing position for extended periods.
