In this role, you will play a critical part in creating a memorable experience for our guests. You will be responsible for enthusiastically greeting guests as they arrive and depart from the restaurant, assisting them to their seats, and maintaining a smooth guest flow.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet guests warmly and bid farewell upon departure
- Accommodate special needs, such as booster seats, highchairs, or disabilities
- Manage the Wait List when the restaurant is full
- Provide assistance to servers as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and complete cleaning tasks assigned
Estimated Salary: $15-$18 per hour (plus tips)
Qualifications and Requirements:- A desire to care for others and grow professionally
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and navigate throughout the restaurant
- Adequate vision to maintain cleanliness and operate a touchscreen
