About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. As a Telemetry Nurse, you will be responsible for monitoring and assessing patients with cardiac and respiratory conditions, providing critical care and support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient vital signs, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition, including cardiac rhythms, oxygen saturation, and blood pressure
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Participate in education and training programs to stay up-to-date on the latest telemetry nursing practices and technologies
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- 2+ years of experience in telemetry nursing
- ACLS certification or willingness to obtain
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
