About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. As a Telemetry Nurse, you will be responsible for monitoring and assessing patients with cardiac and respiratory conditions, providing critical care and support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient vital signs, treatment plans, and progress notes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition, including cardiac rhythms, oxygen saturation, and blood pressure
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Participate in education and training programs to stay up-to-date on the latest telemetry nursing practices and technologies

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • 2+ years of experience in telemetry nursing
  • ACLS certification or willingness to obtain
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
