Pure Barre Fitness Instructor Job Description

About the Role:

Pure Barre is seeking a dynamic and confident Fitness Instructor to join our team. As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for leading high-energy group fitness classes, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting a positive and motivating atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach a minimum of 3 classes per week, including early mornings, midday, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Plan and prepare classes, including studying choreography and class planning prior to each class
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and organized studio
  • Demonstrate physical fitness and stamina to lead high-energy classes
  • Complete a 3.5-day virtual training and significant 'at home' study and preparation for certification

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic and confident personality
  • Passion for fitness and wellness
  • Ability to build client relationships through excellent customer service
  • Active lifestyle and health-centered living
  • Dependable and strong work ethic
  • Confidence to lead a room of 20+ people
