Job Title: Hotel Night Audit Specialist

The Hotel Night Audit Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight shift. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling guest check-ins and check-outs, answering phone calls, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform all end-of-day tasks, including posting charges to guest accounts and running necessary reports
  • Verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift
  • Assist guests with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fosse Experience preferred
  • Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
