Job Overview

RPh on the Go is seeking a skilled Inpatient Pharmacist to provide high-quality pharmaceutical services in a hospital setting. This role involves working closely with healthcare teams to ensure accurate medication management and deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and prepare medications for inpatient care, adhering to hospital protocols and regulations.
  • Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes.
  • Monitor patient responses to medications and adjust prescriptions as needed to ensure effective treatment.
  • Ensure all medications are stored and handled according to hospital safety standards, maintaining a secure and compliant environment.
  • Provide drug information and education to healthcare staff and patients on appropriate medication use, promoting safe and effective treatment.
  • Comply with state and federal regulations related to pharmacy practice, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
Requirements
  • IN Pharmacist license
  • Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy
  • New graduates welcome to apply
Work Arrangements
  • 30 hours/week
  • Weekend rotation required
