Job Title: Therapist Home Based

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions is seeking a skilled Therapist to join our team in providing home-based mental health services to individuals and families.

About the Role:

We are looking for a licensed therapist to provide individual and family therapy sessions in the comfort of clients' homes. As a Therapist Home Based, you will work with clients to address a wide range of concerns, including behavioral issues, relational conflicts, and mood disorders such as depression and anxiety.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and family therapy sessions based on clinical need
  • Develop and implement crisis intervention and planning strategies
  • Coordinate outpatient therapy services with other agencies and supports involved with clients and their families
  • Maintain professional boundaries and behavior, adhering to their professional Code of Ethics/Conduct
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, or a related human service field
  • Licensure in the State of Delaware as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Psychologist
