Pediatric Nurse

Williamson Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Pediatric Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to children and their families.

The Pediatric Registered Nurse will be responsible for coordinating, implementing, and planning nursing care for pediatric patients in a timely and accurate manner. This includes assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of pediatric patients to identify their physical, emotional, and developmental needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy behaviors and outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Tennessee.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
• At least one year of experience in pediatric nursing, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
