We are looking for a Licensed Physical Rehabilitation Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Our clinic offers a range of specialized services, including Dry Needling, Non-Operative and Postoperative Care, Total Joint Rehabilitation, Exercise and Manual-Based Spine Rehabilitation, Custom Foot Orthotics, Sport-Specific Evaluation and Treatment, and Slow-Motion Video Analysis.

Our extensive patient base enhances our reputation for delivering effective, personalized healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans based on evaluation outcomes.

Review physician referrals and patient medical histories to determine necessary physical therapy interventions.

Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.

Document patient progress, findings, and instructions for patients and caregivers.

Oversee patient care provided by assistants and rehabilitation technicians.


Develop a comprehensive written plan of care, establish goals based on assessment findings, and create a tailored program to achieve those goals.

Implement physical therapy treatment plans and provide essential therapeutic interventions.

Maintain effective communication with patients, caregivers, and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance representatives.

Ensure timely and accurate documentation, including daily notes, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports.

Qualifications:
Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.

Possession of a current Virginia state license or eligibility to obtain one, along with CPR certification.

Ability to develop and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation treatment plans.

Capable of working efficiently in an independent environment.


Proficient in basic computer skills, including familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, database software, and MS Office.
